Stay to Play

Stay to Play means that in order to be accepted into the event, clubs are required to stay at hotels that are working with the event.

Once you create an account in our system and begin registering for an event, if that event is Stay to Play you will be presented with a list of partner hotels for that event. You must book with a hotel from the list or none of your teams will be accepted into the event.

Vertex is our own built-in hotel management system. 3rd Party means that the Tournament Organizer has elected not to use Vertex for their event and will be using a 3rd party company for hotel management.
